HoH privacy policy

Last updated November 5, 2026. This policy covers HoH, a private household assistant used by one family.

Who uses HoH

Only the household that runs it. No one else can sign in, and HoH collects nothing from visitors to this site.

Google data HoH accesses

• Calendars HoH creates itself, and the events on them.
• Whether the household is busy or free on its other Google calendars. HoH can't see the titles, details or guests of those events.

How HoH uses that data

• To create, update and remove events on the calendars HoH created.
• To send a meeting invite from those calendars to the address agreed for that meeting.
• To offer free times when the household's AI assistant arranges a meeting by phone.

Where the data goes

Events stay in the household's Google account. Free or busy times can be spoken to the person being called, and they pass through the services that carry the call (Retell AI and Cloudflare) for that purpose. HoH doesn't sell Google data, use it for advertising, or give it to anyone else.

What's kept, and for how long

The Google sign-in is stored in the household's own computer's Keychain until it's removed. Events stay until the household deletes them. Free or busy times are used during the call and aren't saved.

Removing access and deleting data

The account owner can remove HoH at any time in their Google Account's security settings, and can delete the calendars HoH created in Google Calendar.

Questions

HoH has no outside users. The household's contact is the support email shown on HoH's Google sign-in screen.
